Order processing Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. Regular shipping days are Wednesdays. You will receive a tracking number by email 1–2 days after your order has shipped.
Free shipping We offer free shipping on all orders over $75 USD. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout — no code required.
Shipping times We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United States: 3–5 business days
- Canada: 3–5 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 7–14 business days
- Jamaica & Caribbean: 5–10 business days
- Rest of world: 10–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or local conditions outside our control.
Customs, duties and import taxes Smart Choice Farms ships internationally from Jamaica. Your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are determined by your local customs authority. Smart Choice Farms has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you are unsure.
Please note that customs duties and taxes paid are non-refundable.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. If you have not received a tracking number within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@smartchoiceja.com with your order number.
Lost or delayed shipments If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@smartchoiceja.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
